Are your products 100% vegan and cruelty free?
Yes, our range of skin and body care products are all vegan. We don't not use any animal products nor do we do any animal testing.
Are your products all handmade in Aotearoa?
Yes, our entire range is made by hand in Aotearoa - more specifically in Orakei, Tāmaki Makaurau.
Do your products contain any harmful chemicals?
No, our range only uses natural carrier and essential oils. There are no hidden nasty's in our products.
Do you do wholesale rates for large orders?
Yes, we are able to do wholesale rates for bulk purchasing. Please contact us at info@revitalbotanics.co.nz for more information.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
What is the shipping policy?
Revital Botanics provides a Flat rate of $8 throughout New Zealand. We provide Free Shipping for all orders over $75 NZD.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. As soon as your order is on it's way, you will receive a dispatch email including your tracking detail. It usually takes 2-5 working days for your order to arrive.
Do you ship overseas?
At this stage we only ship within New Zealand.
However, if you are based overseas and would like to place an order, you can contact us and we can see what we can do.
What happens if I want a refund?
If you are not happy with your order, we are happy to offer a refund.
We recommend you send your item back to us on a tracked service. Once we receive your item, we will process the refund.
